With the full spectrum of digital advertising experience, from conception, and design to development, Napoleon Torres is a 10-year veteran of the digital media industry. He started his career as a front-end developer and online trafficker or Ogilvy and Mather. Napolean gained over five years’ experience supporting major international Ogilvy and Mather clients, including American Express, IBM and Cogeco.

Moving to Olivemedia in 2007, Napoleon migrated their core technology stack without a break in direct revenue. Managing relationships over 25 premium, internationally-recognised publishers, Napoleon cemented his reputation in the online industry.

To Further bolster his technology experience, Napoleon joined the Rogers digital team, spearheading their migration of over 300 publishers, while internally supporting all departments of the digital team. Being heavily involved in the evolution of the Rogers properties, including the relaunch of, CityTV and Sportsnet, Napoleon is able to take a step back to take a broader macro-perspective in the business and interconnections of each department – a skillset difficult to find in the digital advertising operations industry.


A financial executive and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of business experience, Tony Mutch brings a thorough understanding of management accounting with a specialized focus in digital advertising, over the past four years, to the management team at Wired Carbon.

Tony began his career in accounting with Deloitte & Touche, and gained valuable experience with a wide range of clients in various sectors, including manufacturing and financial institutions. Using that business experience, Tony launched a hospitality group that owned and operated several bar/restaruants for almost a decade, and broadened his skillset to hospitality and entertainment finance and management.

Tony identified a need in the makret for small business accounting, tax and human resource services. After selling the hospitality group, he starte a business consulting firm that provided olutions for ouwner managed enterprises in the retail, hospitality, design and digital media industries.

In 2010, Tony joined David U.K for the launch of Cue Digital Media, where he was responsible for full cycle accounting, finance, budgeting and financial reporting. Tony gained an in-depth knowledge of digital media, it’s revenue streams, administration and operations that has proven to be valuable in his role as chief financial officer at Wired Carbon.
